Holiday's over and there are incoming responsibilities for me to carry including from the school itself and also from the non-university related entity such as AIESEC and the Buddhist Society.
For the moment, I'm given a task by coming out with a draft or plan for the upcoming recruitment drive. Freshmen a.k.a the juniors are coming in. What are the strategies and approach I have to take to convince them and join the organization ? And then...
There are some problems that stopped me from coming out with some conventional or usual plan..
-the newly reincarnated organization has limited source of fund.
-The university doesn't really give full support for the organization.
-The time is running OUT.
So, no money + no authority support = hard to talk. ---->right ? =X
I have to send the draft and plan by 8th and still STUCK in the middle of producing a real affective and creative one. I may be crashing down .....hrmm...
