Standing ovation for Adam Lambert although he didn't win the competition(AI8). He totally outperformed the boy-next-door-look Kris Allen during the finale or should i say the entire season of the competition. I looked up to Adam because he's much more charismatic, talented and powerful vocal than Kris(Who?...i forgot him liao). I've browsed through the internet forum and found out that Adam is actually gay. One of the factors he didn't get enough votes was due to the religion issue, and other factors include homophobia voters and Kris has worked as a church worship leader. If Americans voted Kris because of his looks and not voted for Adam because he's gay, i think they should be given a slap. By the way, American Idol season 8 ended just like that and I doubt if I would follow-up for next season because this season's winner is absolutely ridiculous.
Seeing him lose had caused me heartbroken~
ReplyDeleteHe reminded me of Chris Daughtry, another singer that should have won but lose unreasonably.
Anyway, Chris Daughtry had proved himself after the season & beat Taylor Hicks down proudly~
I think the new game starts now. We'll see how Adam & Kris work out after this show. I'll definitely vote for Adam~
